A crust on a yogurt? I worked for an organic yougurt company and on the whole milk styles there was always only a creme layer on the top and nothing ever got scraped off the top. Eeee gads! The largest I have ever seen it packed here in the US is 32 oz. Enjoy!

@Sara: serving suggestion: serve with everything. Everything. We don't really cook with it, per se, we just dollop it on top of everything - kebabs, omelets, chips, crisps, any and every meat dish, rice, you name it. Everything.

@alli: my mom used to make regular Kraft macaroni and cheese, and then whatever was leftover the next day she would reheat in a pan and purposefully brown it because we all liked it better crunchy and brown. :-D

I wish I could get 3kg buckets of yoghurt here, but 500g is the biggest I've found, and it works out expensive if you buy a lot of it. The cheapest way is to buy several at the Indian supermarkets, which, incidentally, are full of other delights too. I go to Muin in St Paul's Rd often, but I still manage to find something new every time I go.

I'd love to know some of your Turkish recipe/serving suggestions involving yoghurt.
