It seems that most of the shirts at the bazaar are based on late 90′s grunge typography. That stuff was all the rage when I started design classes.

@Terry actually I think most of Turkish fashion is based on 90s grunge, period.

@Terry I thought these were unique to Turkey, but I noticed lots of T-shirts with these designs at a department store recently. The designs incorporate branding of the manufacturer, though, not random English nonsense words. Dang it.

I’ve been looking at this one for a few days now and the only thing that comes to mind is that pretty awful early Canadian Rapper “Snow” with his hit, “Informer”. Or am I just crazy.

@Matt: haha I totally loved that song when it first came out. I remember exactly where I was when I first heard it, too… so clearly I’m the crazy one, not you.

@Melissa: I had this friend who used to play that song really way too loud in his 87 Nissan Sentra with no real sound system. To this day, it makes me laugh.
