Funny thing is I am going there tomorrow. I will see If the sand is Hard Packed and if there are actually Kites of either kind there!

I got a picture of a kite at Morro Bay and some of the Hard Packed Sand. The Kite’s wings, though colorful, do not look sweet and tasty.
