One of the great things about being in an area that is so popular with travellers is that you get to meet a lot of interesting people who are passing through. Some, though, are extra-special, and Rita certainly falls into that category. She knocked our socks off with her sparkling personality and magic tango skills. Tango is something I wasn’t even aware was popular in Turkey, but now I’ve learned that there’s a group of nearly 1,000 tango enthusiasts and dancers in Antalya alone. So thanks, Rita, for showing me something about this place that was new to me. I’m glad you made it home safely and I hope to see you again soon.
