Thursday is bazaar day! No. 30

Happy bazaar independence day! Thanks to the grand opening of the TurklishTees.com store, we no longer have to rely on the Turkish postal service and my dodgy language skills to get you your favourite bazaar shirts. You can now order them online and have them shipped straight to your home. Be sure to stop by and see if your favourite is there; if there’s a particular design you wanted but couldn’t find in the store, please feel free to request it.

And now, on to this week’s fresh new offerings!

You know, little things like spelling and… well, spelling.

bazaar

I told you to stay away from those iPhones.

bazaar

Er, tell Shakira not to fire her lyricist just yet.

bazaar

Perhaps not as nice as “gin and tonic” or “five-star hotel in the Bahamas,” but I take your point.

bazaar

Wow, imagine what Candy Vol. 2 must have been like if they didn’t get to “sweet” until Vol. 5…

bazaar

Now, I’m all for mixed marriages— the heart wants what the heart wants after all, but a fish and a mini-sub in permanent trouble… I just don’t see it working out.

bazaar

Yeah, I guess it’s about time my laundry came out— this is 2007, and my laundry’s been in the closet long enough. Ha, get it? Laundry? Closet? Ah, never mind.

bazaar

Ok, maybe west coast girls aren’t your cup of tea, but “woof woof” is a bit harsh, don’t you think?

bazaar

I guess he must have laminated himself or something.

bazaar

You want to be my cowboy? But wait, you’re a woma— ooooooh. I see. Gotcha.

If you want to see more of these, the bazaar archive is here, and don’t forget to stop by the store and have a look around. Enjoy your evening.

LMAO as usual, and John going *eyeroll* on the other side of the room at me. That last one especially. Dunno if I’d want to actually wear it though – what would it say about ME?

  3. […] I know this is the first time in my life I’ve ever made a mistake, but yesterday it seems I accidentally commented out two of the bazaar items and they didn’t appear in the original post. I realised my mistake this morning, and since they were both really funny I thought I’d just mention it here for those who don’t read via RSS and therefore don’t get updated feeds. Anyway, sorry for the mix-up, check it out when you get a minute. Link. Tags: bazaar, corrections, meta […]

OK, and the NEW last one (cowboy) is even funnier. Somehow I’m thinking automatically of a certain scene in Pulp Fiction. You know the one… and then, tangential me (as ever), I thought about the time when you and I went to that bike shop on Strand Rd, saw the Northwest Superbikes Gimp… you may wish to delete this comment if you think peeps’ll get the wrong idea!

That shop is a Harley dealership now btw.

@Sara: I think it would say that you are at the height of Turklish fashion. 😀

The cowboy one is probably my fave, too… oh yes, I totally remember the NW Superbikes Gimp!

Harleys, hmm? Isn’t that your kind of thing?
